2. Influencer marketing strategy

We developed a discount system for influencers with over 1M+ followers. Within two years, the influencers brought us 50K+ followers, and giveaways with influencers resulted in 100K+ followers. After each collaboration, we would get an average of 3-20 patients who would consult and book surgery (depending on the influencer). The client did not pay the influencers, all collabs were on a 100% barter basis.
