Studio Esthetique is a cosmetic dermatology center with multiple locations and over three decades in the business. This is a highly competitive industry. The client has attempted Facebook ads on their own before, but was disappointed because the price per lead was more than the market average and exceeded google ad campaign costs.

Objective

Promote cosmetic treatments with the objective to generate qualified leads.

Our Solution

  1. We began working with the client’s team of web designers to prepare customized landing pages with appealing offers, before/after images, practice and team introduction, and social proof to boost conversion rates.
  2. Updated CTA to weed out unqualified leads and price shoppers.
  3. Implemented audience segmentation by interests, income, location and browser language. Tested retargeting options as well as Lookalike audiences.
  4. Developed creatives with a video-invitation by the doctor, all in compliance with Instagram's Advertising policy.
  5. Utilized content from client’s Social Media pages to generate and regularly update creatives.

The Results

  1. Our Facebook advertising campaign generated 313 leads (completed contact forms with requests to book appointments, average price per lead is $12.32) and 127 calls over the course of 4 month with an average price of $8.88 per lead.
  2. The leads resulted in a total of 74 booked appointments giving an average conversion rate Lead – to – Appointment of 14% compared to a 7% market average.
  3. Achieved an average CTR (Click Through Rate) of 2.5% which exceeds the market average (1.16%) by double.
  4. Generated Revenue of $34,607.50 (over 4 months) and achieved ROAS of 5.05 inclusive of agency fees and ad spend.

NEXT STEPS

  1. Expand the list of services promoted.
  2. Launch Spanish, Portuguese and Russian campaigns for sharper targeting based on audience language preferences.
