OM Juice Bar is New York’s newest completely organic cold-pressed juicery and plant based café. Established by Anastasia Kulinich in December 2019, OM secured a prime location right by Madison Square Park in Manhattan. Anastasia contacted The Setters Agency wanting to use Instagram, Facebook and Yelp to get her client base started. We used targeted ads on all three platforms to raise neighborhood awareness, successfully launch the juice bar and drive foot traffic at peak times.

Objective

Brand awareness, inform the neighbourhood about a new vegan juice bar, reel in new customers.

Target: to reach maximum brand awareness with a small marketing budget.

Our Solution

  1. Guided the setup of a landing page with a 10% discount offer for new customers and a menu.
  2. Set up Facebook Pixel and Event codes on the website to track pageviews and leads for the purpose of retargeting.
  3. Created campaigns targeting people who are frequently located within a 2 mile radius and are interested in healthy food and vegan and vegetarian options. These users will see an offer to visit OM’s website and receive a 10% discount on their first order. Later, those users who visited the website were retargeted with an invitation to visit the bar and try out the daily specials

The Results

  1. From November 2nd 2019 to February 18th 2020 we spent $1532.66 on Facebook/Instagram ads and $1373.33 on Yelp ads, with a total marketing budget of $3896 (including our agency fees).
  2. The Facebook/Instagram campaign was run on a schedule, featuring breakfast and lunch offers as well as regular all-day reached out to 155,423 locals who share a passion for a vegan and plant-based lifestyle. In total, the campaign generated 1488 website visits. Campaign optimization allowed us to reduce PPC from $1.26 to $0.84.
  3. Some Facebook campaigns did not direct customers to the website. Instead, these ads showed directions directly from the user location to the Bar and instructed users to take a screenshot of the ad which would be honored as a 10% off coupon.
  4. Yelp ads allowed us to reach 65,812 people and generated 612 page views for the price of $2.24 per click.
  5. Next target for this business is to scale up current campaigns and generate even more foot traffic and also to start offering delivery options.
