HEALBE is the startup behind the sensational GoBe - the world's only smart band that tracks calorie intake, body hydration, and stress levels automatically. No manual logging needed.
Objective
Increase sales growth and brand awareness by collaborating with US based influencers.
DIFFICULTIES
Marketing strategy did not include a plan for working with influencers. Previously selected bloggers had low ER and poor quality audiences who were tired of influencer’s frequent substandard advertising. Price/quality disparity and failure to fulfill bloggers’ obligations lead to low ROI and what was perceived as a waste of the advertising budget.


Our Solution
- Searched over 2.5k Instagram, 500+ Youtube and 500+ TikTok influencers with high engagement rate indicators and audience activity double-check (via tools and manually).

- Developed an affiliate system for influencers - created a 10% and 20% discounts for the influencers’ followers who are potential buyers. To track sales we used individual coupon codes and UTM-links used by the influencer in their promo content.

- Developed an ambassadorship program for influencers who bring in sales by promoting the product.

- Redesigned the newsletter template to make it more readable and engaging to increase the click rate.

- Arranged the giveaways, promoted by the influencers.
The Results
- We’ve successfully managed collabs with over 150 bloggers.

- Collected high quality content from creators that the client can use in branded social media channels.

- Carefully selected the most high yield ambassadors from their current pool to continue to invest in only those with the most successful collaborations.

- Decreased the Cost Per Purchase from $75 to $30 dollars.
