Novique Medical Aesthetics – a comprehensive medical aesthetics spa in Pennsylvania.

The client had been running Facebook ads before but was not satisfied with the quality and quantity of leads. The audience size was quite limited geographically and due to being exposed to the same offer for a prolonged period of time there were signs of “offer fatigue”.

Objective

Attract new med spa patients.

Our Solution

  1. Reviewed and edited treatment portfolio our analysis allowed the med spa to focus on the most high yield treatments.
  2. Designed a customized landing page with an appealing special offer for new patients, short description of the treatment followed by a Before & After gallery, patient reviews and a team intro to boost conversion rates.
  3. Built a quiz tool to introduce new treatments in an engaging and interactive manner, resulting in higher CTR (Click Through Rates).
  4. Implemented cold audience segmentation by interests, income, location.
  5. Developed a set of creatives, including a video-invitation by the doctor and images explaining the procedures in compliance with Instagram Advertising policy.
  6. Developed a set of creatives, including a video-invitation by the med spa practitioners and static images explaining the advantages of the treatments in compliance with Instagram Advertising policy.

The Results

  1. To date, our Facebook advertising campaign generated 325 leads (completed "Contact Us" forms or called the office with a request to book an appointment) with an average price of $16.20 per lead.
  2. Achieved an average CTR (Link Click Through Rate) of 2.7% which is 2.5X better than earlier results.
  3. Generated leads resulted in 50 appointments.
  4. Achieved an overall ROAS of 4.61 on promoted treatments.
