Dr. Dana Khuthaila is a New York City plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
The client had a substantial following on Instagram, but the organic engagement rate was low and the account was generating few inquiries from potential clients.
Objective
Increase the number of followers and inquiries in order to scale the number of booked consultations and surgical procedures.

- Daily interactions with the followers in Stories in order to draw attention to the account and boost organic reach.

- Several iterations of cleaning the account from inactive followers. Accounts that are not active on Instagram, haven’t interacted with doctor’s content for over 6 months were diluting organic reach.
The Results
- Purging the account of inactive followers helped us increase the organic account reach by +1145% (from 56K to 708K).

- Our new content strategy allowed us to increase the engagement rate by 6% (from 2.20% to 8.20%) in just 1 month.

- The number of profile visits a month has increased by 61% while monthly traffic to the website, organically generated by the client’s Instagram account, has increased by 48%.

- We were able to generate 40 leads a month on average since the beginning of the campaign, which allowed us to book additional 28 consultations monthly.
