Regen Doctors is a clinic in PA specializing in pain management, hormone therapy and weight loss. The client has attempted both Facebook and Google ads. However due to industry specifics the price per lead was rather high. The client was looking to explore new strategies to reduce price per lead while keeping conversion rates high.
Objective
Promote hormone therapy and weight loss with the objective to generate qualified leads.
Our Solution
- We’ve analyzed client’s PPC landing pages and decided to switch advertising campaigns to Facebook lead forms in order to simplify conversion path and boost conversion rates.

- Updated CTA to weed out unqualified leads and price shoppers.

- Implemented audience segmentation by interests, income, location and browser language.

- Developed static and video creatives emphasising the pain points of our target audience while staying compliant with Instagram's Advertising policy.

- Worked closely with the client’s team to tightly monitor the quality of leads from different audiences and scale conversion rates from leads to appointments.


The Results
- Our Facebook advertising campaign generated 2574 leads (completed contact forms with requests to book appointments) with an average price of $12.74 per lead.

- The leads resulted in a total of 414 booked appointments giving an average conversion rate Lead-to-Appointment of 16.08% compared to a 7% market average.

- Achieved an average CTR (Click Through Rate) of 2.1% which exceeds the market average (1.16%) by 80%.
- •
- Achieved ROAS of 2.06 on consultations alone (not counting patients’ spendings on the treatments one time and monthly).
