Botox Bar and Aesthetics – a boutique anti-aging medical spa, offering non-surgical aesthetics services such as Botox, Fillers, Hydrofacials, PDO Threads, Microneedling with PRP, and more.
Objective
Attract new med spa patients.
Difficulties
The client had been running Facebook ads before but was not satisfied with the quality and quantity of leads.
The client didn't have a regularly updated website. Having a large database of successful client transformations - they did not have systematized treatment-specific landing pages to showcase their expertise to the cold audience.


Our solution
- Reviewed and edited treatment portfolio our analysis allowed the med spa to focus on the highest yield treatments.

- Designed a customized landing page with an appealing special offer for new patients, a short description of the treatment followed by a Before & After the gallery, patient reviews, and a team intro to boost conversion rates.

- Implemented cold audience segmentation by interests, income, location.
- •
- Worked with the client to produce high-performing procedure videos aligned with Facebook advertising policy.

- Developed a set of creatives, including a video invitation by the med spa practitioners, static images, and procedure videos explaining the advantages of the treatments.
The results
- Within 1 month from the launch date, our Facebook advertising campaign generated 182 leads (completed "Contact Us" forms or called the office with a request to book an appointment) with an average price of $15.99 per lead.

- Achieved an average CTR (Link Click Through Rate) of 3.14% which is 181% higher than the earlier results.

- Achieved an overall ROAS of 5.09 on promoted treatments.
