The first all-women team of tennis professionals in the Middle East who provide customized tennis training programs for adults and kids.

Objective

Collect leads to promote private and group tennis lessons.

Difficulties

The client had just launched operations. They did not yet have a website, or Social Media channels. Their database of clients was not strong enough to build a lookalike audience or a trained Meta pixel.

Our solution

  1. Designed and built a customized landing page to present the client's experience, advantages and attractive offers to the audience.
  2. Verified the client’s domain with Meta, generated and installed Facebook pixel code, configured conversion tracking on the landing page and “warmed-up” the untrained pixel with a brief traffic campaign.
  3. Implemented cold audience segmentation by interests, demographic parameters and location.
  4. Developed a set of creatives, including a video lesson by the client's team of coaches and static images emphasizing the limited-time offer.

The results

  1. Achieved an average CTR (Click Through Rate) of 2.35% with an average CPC (cost per click) of $0.30 for "cold" audience.
  2. Over the first 6 months, our Facebook advertising campaign generated 293 leads. (completed "Contact Us" form with a request to book a tennis lesson) with an average price of $9.68 per lead.
  3. Generated leads brought new permanent students with high LTV (live-time value) to the client’s tennis school.
