Client
Professional Cleaners for pools and spas. Local to Arizona, specializing in all tiles including Pebble Tec cleaning, acid washes, pool draining, fountain, and waterfall cleaning.
Objective
Collect leads to sell the client’s tile cleaning services.
Difficulties
The client had worked with multiple agencies before. However, previous agencies ended up bringing unqualified traffic to the client’s website without generating appointment requests and sales.


Our Solution
- Designed and built a customized landing page to present the client's experience, advantages, and attractive offers to the audience.

- Analyzed the area serviced by the client to narrow down on prominent residential areas where the majority of houses had a private pool. Then targeted only those zip codes with Meta ads.
- •
- Developed a set of creatives, including videos of client's work in progress, team introductions as well as compilations of before and after images.
- •
- Examined the client’s Google Ads structure to filter out keywords that bring unqualified traffic.
- •
- Applied a set of negative keywords to the client’s PPC search campaigns to avoid the budget being wasted on irrelevant searches.
The Results
- Achieved an average CTR (Click Through Rate) of 2.53% with an average CPC (cost per click) of $1.57 for "cold" audience on Meta ads.
- •
- Over the first 12 months, our Meta advertising campaign generated 1,128 leads. (completed a callback request form to receive a free estimate) with an average price of $9.81 per lead.

- Achieved an average CTR (Click Through Rate) of 4.98% for Google advertising campaign as well as an 11.97% conversion rate from click to callback request.

- Generated 509 leads from Google search campaigns with an average price of $20.12 per lead.

- Generated leads resulted in 654 new clients.

- Achieved ROAS of 26.09.
