Their focus is offering their clients high quality anti-aging treatments and injectables.

Difficulties
The client had been managing an account for quite some time and already had quite a substantial number of followers. However, the organic reach and engagement rate were low. Posting lacked consistency. The account hardly generated any inquiries. Majority of the leads were brought in through the practice owner's Instagram handle.
