ICLS is a Dermatology and Plastic Surgery practice located in Oakville, Canada, offering a unique combination of surgical and non-invasive, skin rejuvenating anti-aging treatments.

Objective

Enhance the number of followers and inquiries, leading to an increase in the number of booked consultations and surgical as well as non-surgical procedures.

Difficulties

Despite having a significant number of followers on Instagram, the client's account was not generating many inquiries from potential clients due to a low organic engagement rate.

    • The Instagram Highlights, crafted to represent the brand identity of ICLS.
    • In order to boost conversion rates and enable the audience to book consultations directly from the Instagram page, the website link was substituted with a LinkTree link.
