Atelier Beauté is a full-service spa located in Williamsburg, New York, specializing in personalized skincare treatments. Their services include Hydrafacial, Elite IQ, waxing, Temsure, and more.
Objective
Our client is an authorized stockist of various cosmetic brands. They approached us with a request to build an e-commerce store to seamlessly sell cosmetic products online.
Difficulties
The client was managing their inventory and offline sales using Square software and POS hardware. They wanted to create a website that could seamlessly integrate with their Square account. This integration would allow for automatic updates of inventory, product availability and price updates between their website and Square platform.
In addition, several of the brands that the client represented had restrictions on online sales and displaying prices for their products. Our task was to align the website's design and functionality with these restrictions imposed by the brands.
Our solution
- Built the e-commerce website according to the clients technical requirements and aesthetic preferences.

- Optimized SEO to improve the searchability by local store location, brand, product name and skin concernes addressed by each individual product.

- Implemented customized script to conceil prices for the brands which restrict online sales of their products.

- In order to improve checkout experience and comply with the brand restrictions, we implemented WhatsApp checkout.

- Set up a quiz to help users pick products to address their personal skin concerns and improve the website's conversion rate.

- Implemented Google login to streamline the registration process for new users.

- Set up Google Analytics and enabled search console data import to analyze organic search data. This allowed us to use the data to improve the performance of the client's PPC campaigns.
