1. Total rebrand of the Instagram page look and features:

- Designed for the Website Button in Bio that leads to multiple destinations: WhatsApp for booking appointments, website to read more, website pages with promotions, website forms to collect leads, etc. The website button is linked to Facebook Pixel which allows us to retarget ads to our warmest audience.

- Personal Face Filter - a unique feature that offers patients a preview of their potential look after face treatments (no under eye circles, light brow lift, bigger lips). The filter can be used by followers and or any users considering injections.

- Development of a structured content scheme to diversify categories of information.
2. Influencer marketing strategy.
We developed a discount system for influencers with over 500K+ followers and an ambassadorship program for influencers who bring in $ by promoting services.
3. Paid social.
We use Instagram Ads to sell services and gain new patients with an average price $4-$6 per lead.
For example, we spent $2067 to collect 431 leads on clients interested in making IPL photofacial appointments, An average of 2-6 ad dollars spent per lead.
The Results
- Follower number increased from 7K to over 75K followers.

- With a total ad spend of $1,844.00, we generated total sales of $25,630.02.

- From the beginning of the campaign we decreased CPC by 63% while improving the interaction rate by 28%.

- We reduced CPP (Cost Per Purchase) by 53% and achieved an average growth of purchase value by 90%.
