Golden Aesthetics - a menswear label based in Los Angeles selling activewear & workout gear.
The client had a large audience, but the Open Rate and CTR were low as the newsletters were not engaging and were only used periodically to announce sales. In addition, there were high shopping cart abandonment rates.
Objective
To increase sales by optimizing newsletter CTR (Click Through Rate).
Our Solution
- We changed the newsletter sender address from being the general company email, to a more personal email featuring the owner’s name and image in order to increase engagement.

- We introduced a new content structure for the newsletter and included info-content in the lineup.

- We have launched the weekly newsletter along with a free training program. This was designed to solve two major issues:

- emphasize the pain points that the product solves
- transmit testimonials
- build FoMo effect with a limited-time offer
- We have added a 10% discount for the first order as an additional lead magnet to scale up the subscription rate.

- We have advised the client to invite his social media followers to join his newsletters.

- We redesigned the newsletter template to provide added value in each email, including sales notifications.
- •
- Set up an automated welcome email to greet newly subscribed audience and motivate them to engage with the newsletter.

- We’ve set up 2 email reminders for abandoned carts to improve website conversion rates.
The Results
- We were able to scale Monthly Revenue to $5,756.66 having 2 emails weekly. Total revenue generated from the email campaign within a 3 months term amounted to $17,270.00.

- We were able to achieve steady subscription growth as compared to the intermittent growth the account experienced before.

- The combined measures allowed us to increase CTR from 6,5% for sales emails and 9.2% for workout emails to 10.1% and 13.5% respectively within one month.
